While all sales are final, we will gladly make it right in the event of:

• An error on our part (wrong name, wrong design, etc.)
• An incorrect item shipped.
• Other extenuating circumstances (evaluated on a case-by-case basis).

If you believe your order qualifies for an exception, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

We may offer a replacement depending on the situation. Buyer is responsible for return shipping of defective product.
