Dr. Peter Yen, a seasoned healthcare executive, serves as the Vice President of Service
Development/Operations at Burn Reconstructive Centers of America, and Joseph M.
Still Burn centers. His journey is marked by dedication and a commitment to excellence. His
remarkable background as follows:

Education and Expertise:
Dr. Yen earned his degree in Physician Assistant Studies from D’Youville University in 2001.
He furthered his knowledge by obtaining a master’s degree in healthcare administration
from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Dr. Yen brings a data-driven approach to his work.
His pursuit of Leadership training led him to complete the Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) program at Lynchburg University.

Clinical Experience:
Since 2001, Dr. Yen has been an integral part of level 1 trauma burn centers across the southern region. His expertise lies in burn acute and reconstructive surgical care, coupled with a passion for research.
His multifaceted role encompasses day-to-day operations, consultant to senior leaders, workforce management, clinical and logistics direction, and liaise cross-functional departments.

Dr. Yen oversees multiple burn reconstructive centers. His responsibilities include providing operational strategies and guidance. His unwavering commitment lies in the core functions of development and operational sustainability. Dr. Yen’s passion fuels his dedication to advancing burn care nationwide.

upcoming providers. His emphasis on patient-centered care, multidisciplinary team approach, and
