Erin Chalmers, DMSc, MSPAS, PA-C
Erin Chalmers is a 2008 graduate of the University of Kentucky Physician Assistant Program.
She completed her Doctorate of Medical Science at the University of Lynchburg in 2020. Erin
joined the Sullivan University Physician Assistant Program in 2015 and holds the titles of
Director of Didactic Education, Associate Professor, and PA Fellowship Coordinator. She is a
member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Kentucky Academy of Physician
Assistants (KAPA), the Academy of Doctoral PAs, and the Physician Assistant Education
Association. She serves as a Director-at-Large and Membership Committee Chair for ADPA and
as President-Elect for KAPA. She has practiced clinically in the fields of geriatrics, pediatrics,
pediatric endocrinology, family medicine, urgent care, and functional medicine. Erin is
passionate about educating the next generation of PAs, advocating for the advancement of the
PA profession, participating in the growth and development of children, and practicing holistic,
root-cause medicine. She is blessed with her husband Luke and is a proud mom to Liam (6) and
Elizabeth (3).
