As a Doctoral Trained Physician Associate, I bring two decades of rich experience across the spectrum of
healthcare. Proficient in Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM), my journey spans Emergency Medicine
(advanced certification with my CAQ), Orthopedics, Critical Care, and both Inpatient and Outpatient
Internal Medicine. My leadership experience has spanned Department Lead, APC Director, Hospital
System Committee Member, program development, and population/value-based care management.
My dedication transcends clinical practice, encompassing education, advocacy, leadership, and
innovation. A fervent advocate for the PA profession, I passionately mentor and educate PA students
and junior colleagues, fostering servant leadership and advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Recognized as a Distinguished Fellow by the AAPA speaks volumes about my commitment to advancing
the PA field, exceptional patient care, and contributions to the wider healthcare community. I serve as a
board member for MAPA, ADPA, and APALM, championing professional development and unwavering
advocacy for the PA profession.
I am also an entrepreneur and have provided services as a healthcare consultant and medical legal
consultant for over 7 years. I've served as a community practice educator, shaping the next generation
of PAs in Emergency Medicine and Orthopedics. My dedication to continuous growth led me to
complete Leadership and Management Training, equipping me with strategic insights crucial in our
evolving healthcare landscape.
Driven by a comprehensive understanding of healthcare systems, leadership, and legislative dynamics, I
aim to navigate the evolving healthcare demands of PAs through advocacy, innovation, and strategic
representation.
